## The C4IR Oman is established as a national and regional catalyst to anticipate, govern, and scale the impact of emerging technologies.

Its primary mission is to bridge the gap between technological potential and real-world implementation. By operating as a Futurist, the Centre identifies long-term technology risks and opportunities before they reach the mainstream. As an Amplifier, it accelerates the adoption of agile governance frameworks and innovative solutions that drive economic diversification and sustainable growth.
