## C4IR Oman will complement and enhance existing technological initiatives

C4IR Oman will complement and enhance existing technological initiatives led by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology (MTCIT) by filling critical gaps in Technology Fore sighting , 4IR Adoption promotion and sharing successful case studies , and workforce transformation to ensure job creation in the digital economy.Several MTCIT-led initiatives already support AI, digital transformation, and economic growth, including:

Driving research and innovation in AI, space technologies, and advanced computing.


### National Program for Digital Economy

Accelerating digital transformation to enhance economic diversification.


### The National Initiative for Digital Competencies (Makeen)

Positioning Oman as a global hub for tech-driven industries.
