Overview

This initiative aims to strengthen transparency and accountability by making government data accessible to citizens, researchers, and developers across sectors such as health, education, economy, and environment. The portal features an interactive user-friendly interface and advanced analytical tools designed to stimulate innovation and support research projects.

Currently, 57 government entities contribute their data to the portal. There are more than 400 datasets available, covering diverse topics including tourism, transport, education, business, and more. This extensive availability of data supports research, innovation, and informed decision-making across sectors, reinforcing Oman’s commitment to transparency and open government initiatives.
